Eleanor
joined the Corps in the fall of 2002 after being inspired at a
very young age by a babysitter who was a fifer in the Yorktown
Corps. She was signed up for the CW Corps on the first day
that they started admitting girls. Her first march was the
Alumni Reunion in 2003. She passed up into the Senior Corps
in the summer of 2006, right after the 4th of July. She
recently became a full time instructor for the Junior Corps and is
also a Drum Major. When she graduates from the Corps, she
will become the fourth girl to have done so. She is glad to
have had the chance to be in the Corps and she is proud of her
achievements with this outstanding group.

She

Eleanor
will graduate from Warhill High School this June. She was a
member of many organizations including the National Honor Society
and the Interact Club. She will attend The College of
William & Mary in the fall
and is planning to major in Visual Art and Environmental Studies.
