Corporation
Tricorn was created by alumni of the Colonial Williamsburg
Fifes and Drums.
Tricorn was incorporated in Virginia on August 28,
2006. To
review our Certificate of Good Standing from the Virginia State
Corporation Commission [click
here]. We are publicly supported and we have received
the IRS designation as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

The Foundation also is registered with the Virginia Department of
Agriculture and Consumer Affairs and a financial statement is
available from the Department's Office of Consumer Affairs.
Three trustees oversee the Foundation with management vested in
its officers and Advisory Board. The current Drum Major of
the Corps also serves as an advisor to the Foundation and several committees
help with specific tasks. Past Musick Masters of the
Corps serve as honorary Emeritus of the Foundation.
